Refund Policy

Overview:
Our soccer lessons are designed to provide an enriching and enjoyable experience for all participants. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Cancellation by Participant:

  • If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the start of the lesson, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your registration within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the lesson, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson start time are non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Provider:

  • If a lesson is canceled by our organization due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, instructor illness), you will be fully refunded or given the option to reschedule.

Process for Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us via email (kickstartacademyteam@gmail.com) or phone with your cancellation request, including your name, the date and time of the lesson, and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.

Make-Up Lessons:
In situations where a student misses a lesson (not due to cancellation by the provider), we may offer a make-up lesson at our discretion, based on availability. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson.

Changes to Schedule:
If you want to change your lesson schedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.
